ABOUT BALLARAT BULLDOGS
The Ballarat Bulldogs are an all-abilities sporting club based in Ballarat, Victoria, built on inclusion, community, and a love of sport.
Officially formed in 2016, the Bulldogs were created to provide people with intellectual disability the opportunity to participate in sport in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment. What started as a football team has grown into a broader community, offering both all-abilities football and netball programs, and a strong support network that extends well beyond the field.
At the Bulldogs, sport is about more than competition. It’s about belonging, confidence, friendship, and personal growth. Our programs are designed to meet people where they’re at, celebrating effort, teamwork, and individual achievements — whether it’s kicking a first goal, learning a new skill, or simply showing up and being part of the team.
We are proud to be a club where players, families, volunteers, coaches, and supporters all play an important role. Our community is built on respect, encouragement, and shared pride, with strong local connections that help make sport accessible and enjoyable for everyone involved.
